Kermit Lowry is the Founder and President of Lifelong Merchant Services. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems. Kermit has over 8 years experience in the point of sale and payments space. In his free time he enjoys traveling all over the country and listening to live music.

Nick graduated from the University of Georgia in 2018 with a degree in Business Management. During and after college Nick worked in the sports industry before eventually joining the Lifelong team. Today, Nick is the Chief Operating Officer at Lifelong and is (almost) as involved as Kermit in all aspects of the company.
I joined Lifelong because I saw a founder with a real vision and a company that was ready to grow but needed the financial strategy to match the ambition. That's exactly what I do as CFO: I help translate that vision into numbers, structure, and decisions that scale. Merchant services is a competitive space, and the businesses we serve deserve a payments partner that's running smart. My job is to make sure Lifelong is built to last, with the financial infrastructure and discipline to grow the right way. When the founder's vision and the financial strategy are aligned, great things happen. That's why I'm here.
Jeff Donahue, a seasoned expert in the Vape and CBD industry, joined the Lifelong Merchant Services team in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience. He was drawn to Lifelong after seeing the powerful customizations built into their POS system to support the unique needs of the industry. Starting as an Account Manager, his technical expertise quickly became a valuable asset to the team. With a deep understanding of payment processing and compliance challenges, he helps merchants streamline operations and grow their businesses.
Angela Wauthier is a seasoned marketing executive with more than 10 years of experience driving brand growth and strategic communications. She holds a Master's degree in Mass Media & Journalism, a Bachelor's in Marketing & Communication, and graduate certificates in Communication and Social Media. At Lifelong Merchant Services, Angela leads cross-channel marketing strategy and campaign execution, helping build trusted brands and deliver measurable results. When she's not working you can find her traveling and cuddling up with her fur babies.
Dakota leads sales at Lifelong, building and coaching the team that brings new merchants on board across the country. He spent his career in the counterculture industry working with retail stores at the wholesale level, and that operator's perspective drives how he runs sales today โ customer-first, fast on the phone, and obsessed with making sure every account is a long-term fit. Outside of work, Dakota is usually watching sports, e-sports, or motorsports.
Cam Jennings is an entertainer turned entrepreneur with a well established presence in the adult novelty, smoke & vape, cannabis, and experiential marketing industries. Starting his retail career with Pleasures Entertainment Centers in Denver and most recently serving as the Adult Section Director for CHAMPS Trade Shows, Cam's goal is to establish his own retail chain knowing the LifeLong POS will be his key to success.
Luke is a passionate sales representative and current college student at Kennesaw State University pursuing a degree in Business. He has previous experience working in sales and customer-facing roles, where he focuses on building relationships and understanding the customer's needs. At Lifelong Merchant Services, Luke supports businesses by helping them navigate payment solutions and improve operational efficiency.
Cole brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the vapor industry to the Lifelong team. As the owner of a successful vape shop in Ohio that's been open for 10 years, he understands exactly what retailers face โ from compliance and customer service to staying ahead of tech. A longtime Lifelong client himself, Cole now helps other shop owners find smarter ways to manage their stores and protect their merchant accounts. When he's not working with clients, you'll find him spending time with his wife and dogs, out at the range, or exploring new tech.
At Lifelong, Tori specializes in customer service and technical support. She comes from a beauty industry background with over 15 years of customer care experience. Whether it's a simple unit reboot or an integration question, you can always count on her commitment to answer your questions while also putting a smile on your face! Making sure our clients are happy is one of her greatest passions. Outside of work, Tori is a lover of live music and hanging out with her family and friends.
At Lifelong, CarlyRose is an account manager specializing in sales. She takes pride in an excelled level of customer service. She is fluent in three different Sign Languages including ASL, BSL, and ISL. She has worked in many industries from Smoke & Vape for 10 years to semi/professional sports and event coordination. Outside of work, CarlyRose enjoys spending time in the desert camping with friends, quad riding and off-roading.
Rick started in Information Technology back in 1994 and comes to Lifelong with over 30 years of IT experience. His last role in IT was Operations Manager for the City of Kennesaw where he obtained his BA Degree in Business Administration with IT Discipline, recently retired in 2023. Rick loves being outside hiking, fishing, and cutting his 4 acres of land. He and his wife just celebrated 38 years of marriage.
Chris is a Computer Science student at Kennesaw State University and a hardware intern at Lifelong, where he focuses on programming and configuring point-of-sale hardware while deepening his understanding of the payments and financial industry. Since joining, he's grown quickly with the backing of a team he calls second to none โ and there's nowhere else in the space he'd rather be.
Riley is a Senior at Kennesaw State University majoring in Information Technology with a concentration on enterprise systems. As a support intern at Lifelong, she specializes in customer support and programming hardware while learning the ins and outs of POS systems. Outside the office you can find her online gaming with friends or exploring the Atlanta car scene.
Nick has spent most of his professional career managing small businesses and solving problems to keep everything moving. When he's not programming your hardware in the office he'll be outside ripping up some mountain bike trails and enjoying nature!
Ryle is a valuable member of Lifelong, contributing his knowledge in administrative and technical tasks, with a primary focus on account setup and configuration. He has over six years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries before joining Lifelong. His commitment to delivering top-notch results is evident in the quality of his work and his dedication to the team's success. Beyond work, Ryle values moments spent with his family, friends, and his dogs.
Sky is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in customer service, specializing in troubleshooting and effective problem-solving. As a longtime entrepreneur, he spent more than a decade running a successful vape and smoke shop and another ten years as an event-based ticket broker. Sky also brings 15+ years of expertise in SEO and digital marketing, helping businesses expand their online reach and grow their customer base.
Micah is an individual with a diverse skill set and a passion for both technology and the great outdoors. As a Customer Support Professional, she provides assistance to customers while also showcasing her expertise in Graphics and Video Editing. With her keen attention to detail, Micah resolves support issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. She is also a Civil Engineer and holds a Master's Degree in Engineering. Outside of Lifelong, Micah's interests include sports, art, and outdoor activities.
Joe has a diverse background across various industries, primarily focused on providing excellent customer service. Over the past couple of years, he has expanded his expertise to include digital marketing and support. Currently, he is a Support Specialist at LifelongPOS and also helps generate leads for the sales team. Beyond his professional life, Joe is a big fan of basketball and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Khristine has a long-standing background and skills as a customer service representative. Throughout her career she enjoys talking to customers, providing solutions and support in a timely manner. She developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Support Specialist at Lifelong, every day is a learning opportunity โ a chance to improve and develop every step of the way.
Angelica De La Cruz is a support specialist who makes technical problems easier to handle by giving clear and patient help. She believes good support starts with listening and ends with a helpful solution.

Zach is a husband, father of three boys, and longtime member of the vape industry with over 10 years of hands-on experience. When he is not working, you will usually find him outdoors riding dirt bikes, grilling, and spending time with his family. Zach joined Lifelong to continue supporting vape shop owners with solutions built for the realities of the industry.
Abegail is the Community Manager at Lifelong, where she runs the Facebook groups that bring operators together across the restaurant, smoke, and vape industries. Day to day, she keeps those communities active and relevant โ sparking discussions, posing the questions that get people talking, and building genuine engagement among members.
